Toby has worked in the pensions industry for over a decade in various third-party administration and consultancy roles, and has been with THPA since May 2008. Day-to-day he is responsible for managing the relationships with both new and existing third-party clients, as well as providing Trustee Secretarial services where required. Toby’s role involves understanding a client’s requirements and ensuring that the whole team at THPA, from implementation right through to frontline delivery, meets these needs.
